A little about us...

Most entrepreneurs want to change the world. Some bring change to their immediate surroundings and others changes to themselves first. Have you ever thought of changing the world by making a difference to the community you live in, and at the same time benefit from these changes to improve yourself to ultimately become a better overall individual? If you are not the most successful entrepreneurs in your network, are you dedicated enough to learn essential techniques and skills to improve yourself, and equally passionate to provide to your peers a platform as well for them to share this journey of self-improvement with you?

Having these thoughts in mind, five dynamic individuals from outstanding and diversified backgrounds - some of them entrepreneurs themselves, students as well as fresh graduates; sharing an equal passion to change the world and a desire to become change agents to the community they live in first - took up the challenge to provide a platform to share and learn. This platform provides entrepreneurs skills to become an all-round, better-equipped, quality entrepreneur. Despite their busy schedules, this team rose up to beat the odds and to take the challenge to provide that additional avenue not only for themselves, but for their peers as well.

Who runs BQe?

Harish Jayaram Hariraj

25-year old Harish Jayaram Hariraj with a Mechanical Engineering background is the founder of a string of promising start-ups ranging from green consultancy, web development, real estate and also cloud storage. Harish is the founder of Brewing Quality Entrepreneurs (BQE), a CSR platform for Malaysian Entrepreneurs as he aims to contribute back towards the community while he rises up to face new challenges in business. Harish maintains an advisory role to BQE and sets his aims to lead Malaysia forward by driving innovative solutions in business and enterprise.

Fadzil Imran

At the age of 30, Imran is an entrepreneur himself and spearheads BQE. Having been brought up in an academic family of the sciences, Imran has a wide diverse background, being educated in the fields of Agriculture and Social Sciences. He enjoys being around people and getting involved in non-profit work, especially in youth development. The lover of the performance arts may have started his education in pure sciences but his working years have made him realize his passion is more for the humanities. Imran sets his aims to bring BQE to the next level with more reach to Malaysian Entrepreneurs.

Marcus Tan

Marcus is an aspiring host / emcee with a feel good personality. Stepping aside from the spotlights, he also takes on Event Management & PR in his own style. He strives to inspire others and make people feel better than they were before they met him. Above all, Marcus is a passionate agent for change with Prudential. He believes in changing the world - one person at the time. And what better place to begin than right here at BQe; so bring on the wave of change!
