What's BQe?
Brewing Quality Entrepreneurs (BQe) is a
complimentary, non-profit platform providing workshops and support for Malaysian entrepreneurs to growing together as we face challenges in both business and personal life. It is a platform for the passionate and driven entrepreneurial minded individuals to take the next step forward in their entrepreneurial journey, whether they are already season entrepreneurs or simply starting out as one.
To make it more exciting to all of us, BQe has decided to add a twist to the concept - a monthly topic for our monthly BQe workshops. We call it the '
Brew of the Month', which provide a monthly topic by different people covering all aspects of entrepreneurship and business i.e. the
BQe 10 Core Entrepreneurship Success Strategies.
Our mission for BQe is:

Through this entrepreneurship platform, we aim to create a world of possibilities to all entrepreneurs and would-be entrepreneurs to network, learn, and grow and achieving the satisfaction and fulfilment in their lives, thus creating positive impacts to their families and our society.
BQe was incorporated in July 2010, having its humble beginnings at the back room of an office in Mont' Kiara to an audience of 6 people. Currently, BQe is held at Plug & Play Technology Gardens and Session 6 on 1st March 2011 was attended by a total of 100 pax in just after 6 sessions.

BQe's 10 Core Entrepreneurship Success Strategies
1. Organizational Strategy
This is one of the first critical strategy elements of the 10 strategies. Organizational strategy is concerned with you and your business's primary aim, i.e. your vision and mission for your business. It is about envisioning a future for you and your business, creating value in the eyes of your customers, and building and sustaining a strong position in the marketplace.
2. Business Planning & Development Strategy
Very often, entrepreneurs start their journey without proper planning. As the saying goes, "Failing to plan is planning to fail." Without knowing where you are heading, how would you know whether you have reached your destination? Thus, this strategy addresses the foundation of your business directions and your time line.
3. Leadership & Management Strategy
Leaders set the directions or the vision that others follow. And management involves controlling resources and systems to ensure things happen according to established plans.
